Steve Kroening

I work for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) full time and am not a full-time instructor attached to a flight school; I am a part-time instructor. If you walked into a flight school and asked for flight training; you would be assigned one of their full-time instructors. As a part-time instructor; I still have the privilege of instructing at a flight school; but I have to attract my own students. My role is to share with you my knowledge and my time learning how to fly or help to improve your current flying abilities and achieve your goals as they relate to aviation. I am active in the Civil Air Patrol here in the Kansas City area as a flight instructor and orientation pilot; instructing our future aviators as a volunteer. I seek to provide personalized flight instruction to those that desire it as opposed to a flight training environment where the instructors are building time to move on to something else and are trying to do it as quickly as possible juggling many students
